Grayland takes an opportunistic and entrepreneurial approach investing capital in short and long-term investment strategies. We acquire quality real estate assets that are operationally efficient and strategically located. The hold period is contingent upon the strategy for a specific asset, as we invest in core, value-add, and opportunistic investments. Grayland acquires vacant properties, properties under pre-existing short and long-term leases as well as structured sale leasebacks.
